VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Candidates for Virginia's 2nd Congressional District squared-off Wednesday in a debate hosted by the Central Business District Association in Virginia Beach.
Republican incumbent Scott Rigell is hoping to earn a second term in Congress, while his Democratic Challenger, Paul Hirschbiel, is mounting his first run for elected office.
