Tickets sell out for Obama NSU event

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — President Barack Obama will be campaigning at Norfolk State University on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

The event, which is scheduled to begin around 12:30 p.m., will be held at the Madison Hall Quad. The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required.

Tickets were being distributed at a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations until 7 p.m. Monday:

Obama For Virginia - Norfolk Field Office
100 W. 20th Street
Norfolk, Va. 23517 Norfolk State University
McDemmond Center for Applied Research
555 Park Ave.
Norfolk, Va.
23504

Tickets were also available online at this link: http://www.barackobama.com/va/

They were all dispersed by 8 a.m. Tuesday.
