VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Vice President Joe Biden delivered the commencement address to Tallwood High School graduates in Viriginia Beach on Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Biden began his speech by thanking the military and their families for their sacrifice. He also mentioned that more than 30 Tallwood students plan to enlist after graduation.
