Low-income and student toll tax credit.  Establishes a tax credit for students and low-income persons who have an E-ZPass or who pay tolls. The amount of the credit is capped at $1,000 per qualified taxpayer.

1. I'm tired of others dipping into the money I work hard for. 2. They need to cut down on tolls to begin with.
