Study; conforming Virginia Unemployment Compensation Act to federal law; report.  Directs the Commission on Unemployment Compensation to study conforming provisions of the Virginia Unemployment Compensation Act to requirements of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011.
