Why fight a war you cant win is my view on this the goverment want to go and spend millions of dollers to stop people from smoking marijuana yet how many people still do it no matter how illegal they make it a majority of people will do it so you might as well make it legal. Other reason's is we need to get into deeper research about the the potentials health benefits of marijuana and not just the fact that some use it for recreational purposes.

I just had to walk out of a class and ask my advisor to drop it. The reason being is that I proposed HJ 140 as a debat topic and it was "Against theorogy" the other topic's that made it abortion, paying to be killed, death penilty, and many more that are against commandments. "Tho shalt not kill" sounds familar... "Tho shalt not smoke marijuana" not so much. Its sad that a plant with no cons can cause such a stir even compared to topics of killing of ones own baby that has yet to breathe life, ones self and other humans.

We don't need another intoxicating substance available for public use. It's a gateway drug, causes cancer, and leaves too many users to in a state of psychosis. Our medical addiction treatment centers are already full. Keep illegal and away from kids!

This plant should have never been made illegal in the first place. The Declaration of Independence is written on Hemp paper. The studys done in the 70s and the movies like "Reefer Madness" that made the plant illegal to begain with were not accurate at all. Monkeys were subject to take in a smoke oxygen mixture through a gas mask that caused brain damage from sufficating not from THC. Recent studies have shown that weed actually stemulates brian cell activity and has no addicting effect or uncontrollible imparments.
